FESTIVAL FAQ’S

What time does the festival start and finish?
Gates open at 14:00 on Thursday 2nd September 2021 and Close at 14:00 on Tuesday 7th September 2021. The festival is open on the 6th September as ‘Magical Monday’ returns. So camping is until 14:00 on Tuesday 7th September. 

What time does the music and entertainment start each day?
Thursday 2nd September – 2pm until 11pm
(Bar until Midnight / Refreshments until 2am)

Friday 3rd September – 9am until 1am
(Bar until 1am / Refreshments until 3am)

Saturday 4th September – 9am until 1am
(Bar until 1am / Refreshments until 3am)

Sunday 5th September – 9am until 11pm
(Bar until Midnight / Refreshments until 2am)

Monday 6th September – 9am until 10pm
(Bar until 11pm / Refreshments until 1am)


Can I pay on the gate?
Only if tickets are still available. To be sure of your entry, get your ticket online before coming to the site from www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets  to avoid disappointment. Announcements will be made via email, website and facebook page.


Will there be a cash machine on the festival site?
Cash back is available at the the bar. So cash is no issue on site.

 

Is there somewhere I can park?
Yes, buy a Car Park Ticket before you come on site from www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets .  Its only a 2-3 minute walk to the campsite.


Is the festival family friendly?
Yes, we have a Kids Area, and family camping area. We pride ourselves on having something for everyone, from workshops, shows and events.

 

Can I bring my dog?
No, sorry.


Can I bring or buy alcohol?
We are limiting the number of drinks to be brought on site in 2021. Audio Farm Festival cannot exist without successful bar sales. Under-age drinking is not permitted. If you are asked for ID and you do not have any, you will not be served alcohol. No glass on site is permitted. 

 

Water on site?

Please bring a water container. As every year, we do NOT sell single use plastic water bottles. We do sell water containers if you forget yours.

Audio Farm Festival will be from 3000-4000 people.

Yes, for 5 nights.

 

CAMPSITE FAQ’S 

 

Can I camp with a Day Ticket?
Yes, tickets will gain you access to the site on the day selected. Entry will be from 11am the day selected till 2pm the next day. After this time you will be asked to leave site, or simply buy a ticket for the next day. You will be able to camp on site for ONE NIGHT only.

 

Is there a family camping area?
Yes, away from the music.


Is there a quiet camping area?
Yes, away from the music.


Can I bring my campervan / caravan / trailer tent?
Yes, but please buy a ticket from www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets

 

Can I camp with my friends, and is there much camping space?
Yes, we have huge camping fields.

 

Can I have a campfire?
Unfortunately, no. There will be communal fires on site.

 

Will there be showers and washing facilities?
Yes, a limited number.

 

Can I bring my camping stove and cooking facilities?
Yes, as long as this is cooked in the open air, and not closed spaces (such as tents) in case of carbon monoxide poisoning. There will be no fire allowed on the campsite. Also, please be conscious of what you are cooking, as Audio Farm Festival is a vegan festival.

Will tickets be available on the gate?

Can I buy a day pass or 2 day ticket?
Yes, if you buy a day ticket or 2 x day tickets from www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets

 

I just want to see “my favourite DJ or band” can I buy a day ticket?

Is the price of camping included in the ticket price?
Yes, for the full 5 days. As opposed to the 4 days of 2018. 


Do I have to pay extra for my campervan / caravan / trailer tent?
Yes £45, from www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets

 

Does my child need their own ticket?
Children 13 and under are free as long as they accompanied by an adult. Children 14 to 17 need to purchase a ticket, and must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Can I buy tickets over the phone?
No, only from www.audiofarmfestival.org/tickets

 

Will I have to pay an extra booking fee?
Yes 5% booking fee to Skiddle.

 

Can I cancel or change my online ticket order?
No, please sell or give to another person. Please change the name on the ticket by email tickets@onetribefestival.org – as ID with tickets buyers name will be required at the gate.

 

How soon can I expect my tickets?
An E-ticket will be sent to your email via Skiddle.

 

Can I swap or give ticket to someone else, without changing the name?
Yes, you can give your ticket to your friend. Please change the name on the ticket by email tickets@onetribefestival.org – as ID with tickets buyers name will be required at the gate. 

 

Do I need an ID to get my wristband on the gate?
Yes, to ensure no wristband swapping occurs or touting, you will need ID in the name of the ticket buyer at the gate. You will be signed out and in every time you leave the site. Without ID in the name of ticket buyer, you will need to purchase another ticket on the gate to gain entry.

The number one objective for Audio Farm Festival 2021 is to deliver a safe event. Audio Farm HQ will be working closely with local authorities and emergency services to ensure we deliver a safe festival whilst navigating the complications of the pandemic.

This event falls within Step 4 of the roadmap; ‘by Step 4 which will take place no earlier than 21 June, the government hopes to be in a position to remove all legal limits on social contact.’. The event capacity will be up to 4000 people, where live performances including concerts are allowed, overnight stays are allowed, all with NO enforced social distancing.

The following safety procedures and policies will apply:

  • The site will comply to all post Covid19 risk assessment procedures, laws and legislations.
  • All attendees over the age of 16 will need to show proof of negative PCR or Lateral Flow Test taken within 24 hours of arrival to the gate. 
    • Please take this test before you set off for the festival. 
    • You can either bring your NEGATIVE test with you, or take a photo of your test on your phone to show on the gate. 
    • You can order up to 7 tests a day for free delivered to your door by following this link:

  • All staff + crew will be required to take a Lateral Flow Test before arrival and then every 2 days on site. 
  • All artists and performers will be required to take a test either within 24 hours of arrival, or on the gate under special circumstances. 
  • There will be more toilets, cleaners and increased cleaning schedules for all areas including bars, stages, food areas and showers.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available around the site.
  • PPE for welfare and medical staff will be provided. This is also available for other staff upon request. 

In compliance with current government guidelines we will NOT be enforcing, checking or policing the following:

  • Proof of vaccination for entry.
  • Mask wearing anywhere on site.
  • Social Distancing in any capacity.



What happens to my tickets if the festival gets cancelled due to Covid19?

We are well aware that in these unique times things change very quickly. If the worst happens and the event is forced to cancel, your tickets will automatically roll over to the 2022 festival, where Audio Farm Festival 2022 will be reborn. There will also be a period where you will be eligible for a full refund. However, we will be ask all you to please consider this before activating a refund due to cash flow of Audio Farm LTD. Either way your ticket money is safe with Audio Farm LTD.
