COVID19 SAFETY & TICKET POLICY

The number one objective for Audio Farm Festival 2021 is to deliver a safe event. Audio Farm HQ will be working closely with all the local authorities and emergency services to ensure we deliver a safe post Covid19 lockdown festival.

// Please ensure you take a Lateral Flow Test within 48 hours before you set off to the festival (2pm Tuesday 31st Aug) //

// Our lovely stewards will ask you to show proof of a negative Covid test on the gate //

// You can either bring the test with you or show a photograph on your phone //

// Masks are not mandatory anywhere on site, but you may of course wear them if you choose! //

// Social distancing will not be enforced – but that doesn’t mean everyone will want a sweaty hug straight away! #consent //

// More toilets, cleaners and increased cleaning schedules //

// Hand sanitizer will be available //

// PPE for working staff (if required) //

// All these measures are being put in place to ensure safety, while not taking away from what will undoubtedly be a wonderful, emotionally and magical gathering //

What happens to my tickets if the festival gets cancelled due to Covid19?

We are well aware that in these unique times things change very quickly. If the worst happens and the event is forced to cancel, your tickets will automatically roll over to the 2022 festival, where Audio Farm Festival 2022 will be reborn. There will also be a period where you will be eligible for a full refund. However, we will be ask all you to please consider this before activating a refund due to cash flow of Audio Farm LTD. Either way your ticket money is safe with Audio Farm LTD.
